I was cutting half lap joints in 6 X 6 pressure treated posts using a chainsaw. The cuts were rough and uneven. So I tried my new Trion PS300 jigsaw. The results amazed me. Cuts were square, smooth and the blade acted like it was cutting through butter. So I tried cutting a 6 X 6 to length with a cut from each side. Bottoming out didn't even cause vibration and the cuts were almost perfectly aligned in the middle. I would have needed a 12 inch circular saw to get the same results.Drew D., Maryland
